Do'r Stack Software Solutions (DSSS) is a division of Do'r Stack Limited. This website describes our services and accepts project enquiries.

When you submit an enquiry form we may collect: full name, business name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, service category, project description, budget range, desired timeline, preferred contact method, and consent confirmation.

We do not ask for passwords, payment card numbers, or API keys through website forms. Do not submit confidential credentials.

3. How we use information

  • To respond to enquiries and schedule conversations about potential projects
  • To prepare scoped proposals when you request them
  • To maintain basic business records of commercial correspondence

4. Form processors

Website forms may submit data to a third-party form processor (currently configured toward Formspree). Processing depends on that provider’s availability and configuration. DSSS should verify which processors are active and list them accurately here before go-live.

5. Sharing

We do not sell enquiry data. Information may be shared with service providers who help operate our website or form pipeline, or where required by law.

6. Retention

Enquiry data is retained only as long as needed for commercial follow-up and legal record-keeping. You may request deletion of enquiry correspondence by contacting DSSS.

7. Cookies, analytics & advertising

This static website rebuild does not ship analytics or advertising scripts by default. Ad slot markup exists but remains disabled until DSSS completes Google AdSense (or another ad network) setup.

If advertising is enabled (for example Google AdSense), this section must be updated before ads go live to describe:

  • Third-party ad vendors and their cookie / advertising cookies use
  • How visitors can opt out via vendor tools (e.g. Google Ads Settings, www.aboutads.info)
  • Any consent requirements applicable to your visitors’ jurisdiction

Do not enable ad scripts until this policy matches the live configuration.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to a business website. No internet transmission method is guaranteed secure.
