1. Website use

This website is provided for informational and commercial enquiry purposes by Do'r Stack Software Solutions (DSSS), a division of Do'r Stack Limited. You agree not to misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with site availability.

2. No guarantee of response or engagement

Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship or obligation for DSSS to accept work. Engagement begins only under a signed proposal, statement of work, or equivalent written agreement.

3. Service descriptions

Service pages describe capabilities at a high level. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined only in project documentation. Marketing copy on this site is not a contractual performance guarantee.

4. Case studies & status labels

Case studies may include completed, in-development, prototype, and planned features. Planned items are not commitments to deliver unless included in a signed agreement. Verified results are published only when evidenced.

5. Intellectual property

Website content, branding, and copy belong to Do'r Stack Limited / DSSS unless otherwise noted. Client project IP is addressed in individual project contracts.

6. Attribution component

Where DSSS provides a “Powered by Do'r Stack Software Solutions” attribution component for client sites, usage follows any branding agreement between DSSS and that client. The component must remain accessible and non-intrusive.

7. Disclaimers

The website is provided “as is”. DSSS does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Security, cloud, and engineering services do not guarantee immunity from breaches, downtime, or third-party outages.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DSSS and Do'r Stack Limited are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising solely from use of this public website. Project liability is governed by the applicable project agreement.

9. Governing law
